New Technical Support Provider
Good Afternoon! Our current technical support partner, Pearson Embanet, will shut down service on December 31st. Because of this, we have contracted with a new support company, Buchanan Technologies, to provide our 24/7 technical support for students.
Starting today, when you visit https://techsupport.lapu.edu/ for assistance, you will see our new support portal, with the same three support options: chat, web form, and phone. There is an updated phone number, so if you have the existing number saved on your phone, please update it to 1-833-975-2640.
This change will not affect internal support methods/channels for LAPU staff and faculty.
