Upcoming LAPU Course Site Maintenance

We are writing to inform you about two upcoming maintenance events that will affect the LAPU Course site on Thursday, August 30th.

1. New URL For Accessing Courses

As part of our transition to Los Angeles Pacific University, we will be updating the website link used to access your courses from course.uc.apu.edu to course.lapu.edu. This transition will take place:
Thursday, August 30, 12:30 AM–5:30 AM Pacific Time.

You will be unable to log into your courses during those hours. Please plan ahead to complete any required assignments with upcoming deadlines before then, or make other arrangements with your professor.

After the transition is complete, you will access your courses at the new website link, course.lapu.edu. If you attempt to access course.uc.apu.edu, the link will redirect automatically to the new website link.

2. Course Site Maintenance

Throughout the year, the course login site undergoes updates that require it to be taken offline for a period of time. Following update #1 above, regularly scheduled maintenance will again take the site offline for a one hour period sometime between:
Thursday, August 30, 6:00 PM and Friday, August 31 4:00 AM Pacific Time

This means that sometime during that maintenance window, you will be unable to log into your courses. Again, please plan ahead for any potential impact.

Once these updates conclude on August 31 at 4:00 AM Pacific Time, please be sure to empty your web browser's cache so that you do not experience any access issues as a result of the maintenance. If you are unfamiliar with how to do that or have any other issues, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support partner, whose contact information is found as a public link on the front page of the courses site.
