We received reports from iParadigms the maker of Turnitin, the plagiarism checking functionality in our courses, that their service was interrupted from 5 to 7 pm Pacific time on Saturday, June 27. After that time, they reported that their functionality was working again as expected.
Sunday, 6/28 we received notice that some students may still be experiencing issues in uploading assignments to the Turnitin submission pages within our courses. If you are one of those who is experiencing continued submission issues of this kind, please empty your web browser's cache and try again. If you are unfamiliar with doing so, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support partner whose contact information can be found in the link on the front page of our course portal under Link Central, or as an icon under the banner on the Home page of your course.
If emptying your web browser's cache does not fix the issue, please contact our 24/7 Technical Support partner who will troubleshoot further for you. Be sure to get a transcript of your support request discussion with them to provide to your Professor as documentation of your ongoing access issues.
We are sorry for the inconvenience or challenges this may have caused. By way of this announcement, yours professors are also notified of this interruption in service.
