Greetings from Azusa Pacific Online University! It is hard to believe that the end of 2012 is just a few weeks away, and before we know it, the Spring I semester will begin. We want to let you know about some recent changes that we expect will positively impact your financial aid experience at APOU.
In November, we made changes to our financial aid award and student billing processes. These changes were made primarily with you in mind, and were in direct response to your feedback about the timeliness and accuracy of our processes. We want to thank you for your valued feedback and let you know that we have taken action to make significant changes in our services to you. We anticipate having all files up to date by Friday, December 14.
By receiving earlier communications about your financial aid award and a clear bill for each semester, we believe the new processes will enable our students to have the most current information regarding their accounts. Additionally, as we continue to work through financial aid requirements, we are confident that the new process will provide you with more timely financial aid offers, responses, and refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this change in process has caused, and want you to know that our students remain our highest priority.
