Attention APOU Learning Community!
As you may already be aware, our course portal was down and unavailable for access Monday evening, 3/10, starting from approximately 10 pm (Pacific daylight time) through approximately Tuesday morning, 3/11 at 3:30 am (Pacific daylight time). We were informed by our hosting company for the portal that their server center was experiencing network-wide issues. An announcement was sent out via email to all students, teaching faculty and internal APOU academic staff, once we were informed about the breadth of the problem.
If you experience any problems accessing your courses now that the site is up and available, please try to empty your web browser's cache. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our Technical Support service provider (different than our hosting company) at http://apou.echelp.org. Please also bookmark the Technical Support page for future reference when and if the course portal ever becomes unavailable in the future.
